TERMS OF SERVICE

- Please message me with the commission form at the bottom of this page filled out along with any information about your commission request first to ensure I am able to fulfill your order. Once you have received approval of your commission slot, an invoice will be sent shortly after. All invoices are set up to be paid within 7 days. BASE PRICE IS PAID UPFRONT.- Wait time : approximately 3-7 days, starting after being approved and after full payment has been received. This may vary as I don't work well under a deadline, but I do like to get commissions done as soon as I can and any major delays will include immediate direct communication and updates when I am available to do so.- Commissions are completed in the order that I receive and accept them, though I may work on the next commission in my queue if I am waiting for approval of a sketch / extra charges / etc. from a previous commission. If you commission something lined or colored, once the sketch is approved and any extra charges (major revisions, extra details, etc.) have been paid, work on the final product will resume.- All prices are base prices and are subject to change. Things like extravagant backgrounds, heavy detail work, large or complicated props, etc. may cost extra.-Minors (under 18) will not be able to commission anything from me at this time. As I often do NSFW art I don't feel comfortable interacting with or taking money from anyone under 18.- As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason as well as add any work of mine that I wish to my portfolio / public accounts (ie. Twitter). Any commission aside from reference sheets can be used by me for commercial use as well, such as selling prints at conventions unless specifically asked otherwise by the commissioner.- If you would like to use your finished commission for commercial purposes (for profit) you will need to pay 200% of the full price on top of the original price. This means you own the full rights to the image and I myself will not sell it. This does not apply to NFTs and under no circumstances is my art to be sold or used as an NFT.- ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.
